red wire with green stripe has power. Maybe the pumps bad?
How did you come to the conclusion that there was no power originally?

No only clicks when the jumper is hooked up. Fuel is getting to the injectors.Just to confirm, does the FSS click when you connect its regular power feed wire (not the jumper) to it? If so, and if you've physically got fuel going into the IP but not coming out of it, that def. puts the focus on the IP.
That is correct!So you have power at the FSS connector when the key is in RUN, but when you connect it to the FSS, it doesn't click?
