Engine Temp gauge fluctuations

Well, the trip went fine, the highest temps registered were around 205 (going up one of the steepest hills in ND no less) and the new thermostat did fix the fluctuating oem temp gauge. Thanks for all the help!

Wow, that's impressive! I've tapped into the low 230s with a lot less load than that. Hopefully the new 4-row radiator will fix that.

Pretty cool here compared to CA, , we rarely even get into the 80's in the summer. I lived in El Centro Ca for a while, man was it hot.
