I was at a swap meet on sunday and found a guy selling a bunch of the 92-97 fender well trim. You know the nice looking stuff with the black trim on it that isn't available aftermarket. So I bought the lot from him. Story is they were new take offs from a conversion place that was putting fiberglass running boards on. I believed it too since they have zero corrosion, zero road dirt, and how else would you come up with this much factory trim. There appears to be about 12 sets of 4 and then probably 5 front pairs and about 5 of one of the rear. I of course don't need 12 plus sets of trim. Once I get some time I'll probably put some of them up for sale.

Anyway thought it was funny to run across this much fender well trim at one shot. Just one of those weird things a guy finds once in a while.

it all looks nice nice, but the two 94's i've owned...all started rusting from behind there and eventually the freakn bed away. I know there's lots of other factors to it, but i've just been weary ever since.

These will fit the 87-97 body styles. So the Bricknose and OBS trucks. These were not factory on the bricknose though as these have the black weatherstrip on them only found in the later trucks. I'm going to work on selling sets first, then selling singles as I have left overs. I was also planning to round up the little screws that attach them so people have new screws.

I apologize, but I'm not ready to sell any off yet. I've got a trip out of country coming up I'm getting ready for. So I won't be ready to ship them out until I get back from that trip and have time to coordinate everything. Around the first part of April I'll be selling them though. I'll put an add in the Marketplace.

sweet score. if i was "restoring" an obs then i would probly not put those back on and i would also get rid of the trim running down the side of the body/box.

i have good news and bad news for you.

the good news is,that has nothing to do with the trim.
the bad news is,they rot out there with or without the trim lol.:rotflmao

they rust out there so bad due to the road salt/calcium slush being thrown by the tires.
they are rusting from the inside out.
