Yeah the weight is good for traction, but I usually have an engine sitting around I can throw in the back. It sits on the overload springs when empty. As now I have a idi on it, because I can't unload it yet.
Engine's, transmissions, firewood, lumber, and occasional scrap metal would be the main things hauled. Maybe a quads and dirtbikes in the near future.
But it will see gooseneck trailers now and then also.
As far as running lights, the type you linked are spot on.
I want these for work lights.

I can't remember which exact model. But just one made it seem like the roof of the store was ripped off, letting daylight in.
