Best Tuner for MPG

Hi guys I have been around here for awhile but never posted in the Dodge part of this forum before. I am doing some research for my uncle he has a 06 2500 that he wants to get a tuner for once it rolls over 100k. Essentially all he is looking to do is get better mpg he doesnt need any power boost the truck does everything he needs as it is right now. Since there are so many different tuners out there I thought I would come and ask for some help. What do you guys think would be the best tuner out there? He is just looking for something that plugs into the OBDII port and has different settings for economy and power settings. I have done some searching but havent come across any definite answers. Thanks for your help guys.

Not sure on dodge tuners, I have only worked on the mechanic side of them. 06 has a cat converter and egr that would be best to delete and block.

He isn't looking to do anything to the exhaust or egr just looking for a tuner something simple to plug in and go.
