I have some mineral brake fluid left over from a truck I had that had wet brakes. What would happen if I used this fluid on my conventional brake systems? Could it be mixed with the DOT or silicone stuff I have? What makes it different from other brake fluids? If I cannot use it with what I have, what else is it good for?

as the original burner,,of wmo,,ill burn about anything..but for some reason,,brake fluid,,just doesnt sound good to me:dunno:dunno,,reason,,if you put any oil of any type,,in a brake system,,it will turn the seals to mush..brake fluid,,where oil should be,,will do the same thing,,rubber compositions are different...maybe it be ok......i can tell you this,,it peels paint good...........................

I was thinking about using it with my used engine oil. But I agree, some brake fluids will do a lot of damage. This stuff is different though. I just do not know how much different.
