Well my front sits about 2 inches lower than the rear. Sagging front springs. Who makes upgraded front springs for these trucks? Any newer springs that are direct change overs?

Ford Or aftermarket OE replacements.

Nothing other than 85.5-97 f350 springs will bolt in place.

Your local spring shop should be able to get you a 3 leaf front spring rated at close to 2600lbs. Stock 2 leafs are rated at 2200lbs

Or you could just put in some F250 springs and have it ride like complete crap since thy are rated at 3400lbs

isnt the back supposed to be taller?

I always laugh at leveling kits on new trucks, cause you put anything in the back and they arent level anymore.

Want some really good springs? Contact Alcan or Deaver spring and have some custom made spring packs. That's my plan when I convert my F250 to a D60 front axle...

I have owned many solid axle truck with leaf springs, ride is not a huge concern, just looking for hauling/towing manners.
