Heath, do you have a smaller housing that's still a T6 flange? Have to wait and see what happens, but it might be nice to have.

What is the projected boost numbers, boost threshold of this engine build? I assume with 17.5:1 cr, you're shooting for 30-40 psi?

No intercooler, just water injection. As for a boost threshold, the engine is built to take WAY more than what that S400 can give it, but I'm looking for around 30-50 psi depending on fueling. The Hypermax c-ring head kit I'm using is the exact same configuration they used on that 1100hp compound turbo IDI they built back in the early 90s. If it survived 150+ psi from two turbos, I doubt my S400 will hurt it.

As for the pump, I'm looking real hard at a Super Moose. I've talked to Mel about it, and it sounds like it might do what I'm looking for, or can be set up to fit my application. Plus, I really like the idea of dealing with him. Great reputation for quality from a real stand up guy is what I'm gathering from everyone else's experience here.

I removed two posts from this thread because two people don't know how to behave. Let's keep it civil please, and stick to the forum rules of no personal flamming.

I have a 125 housing for the S400 and a 110. The 110 is not T6, but the 125 is.

That certainly may reduce lag for you, but it may overspeed the turbo as well. Hard to know without some seat time in the truck with the 132 you have on there now and a lot of fuel to feed it.

the only issue I see is that with both sides of the turbo solid mounted it may impart some stresses on the pipes and housings . looks great.
