My injectors were made in Mexico, packaged in '05 (not sure if that's also when they were made). How can you tell your o-rings are synthetic?
The o-rings are bright yellow.

I really don't know what I'm looking at, I've never seen a glow plug or diesel injector before, so this is all new to me. I don't even know where the o-rings or copper washers go (well, they only fit in one spot) but anyway, here are my questions.
Five of my injectors are of another brand and are made in England - it looks like it says Cav on them. The other three I got are Delphi's - I'm going to call and complain I didn't get a matched set and the quality of these looks poor (more on that).
To me, these just don't look like a quality rebuild, but I don't know what to look for. As was said before, the caps are on backwards, every package I got was opened and either missing an o-ring or a copper washer and as detailed below, some of these look beat up in (what I think) are critical areas. Let me know if I'm off my rocker or not-
This is who five of them are made by -

Here are a few of the worst looking ones - the threads and seating areas look beat up and they are just not clean.

Here are three Cav's compared to one of the Delphi's I got. Notice how nice and precision the Delphi looks compared to the Cav's?

Maybe I'm just picky -
What do you guys think? I'm pissed that most of the packages are open and missing stuff and that they are not all form the same manufacturer, but they are all at least BB code.
Thanks for the prep course on injectorsSo who can I send these to have spray tested? I want to ensure the truck is running properly when I switch to these injectors. The ones in the truck are working great to what I can tell, no grey smoke when idling and the truck rarely puffs black when I get on it with a load.
