Swipping a plastic card is not a very great way to buy things

I beg to differ. It just requires more self control....
por ejemplo, I bought my wifes car for $13,000 with a credit card.
It had 0% interest charge for 12 months. Plus we got 'points' for the purchase.
I paid it off 11months and 28 days later.

thanks for the loan *******,
Drew

Kinda reminds me of the late 80s.Swipe the card and take home a Yugo.Interest on the card was cheaper than a car note.

It's definitely not a bad way to buy stuff if you have some self discipline and don't run up a huge bill. I guess agnem accepts plastic.

Payapl. But agreed if used wisely they work great. My capitalone card has 0% for about a year to go. Doesn't have a huge credit limit though.

Doesn't Mel sell regular injectors that are pop tested? And than he has the moose misters that are big $$$

also, I am guessing that you thought that $35 was cheap, and towcat thought you meant it was allot???

If you are looking at injectors that are over $100, I would be willing to bet you are looking at power stroke parts...

I am going to be preventative replacmeent of all 8 injectors and injector pump, so I'd rather spend money where it will make me happy....

While I know people swear by them, I would personally hope that these "moose" injectors have a company and and a warranty backing them up... not someone on an internet forum I have never met.

And again, respectfully, because I don't know the lot of you from a hole in the wall, I don't do middle-men, and I don't give anyone money who doesn't have a part in hand I am getting at the same time.

Mel gave the begging capital to his pump guy to cone up with the moose pump. As far as I know he still hasn't turned a profit on them yet. Mel is probably one of the most trustavke guys on here, but I do hear where your coming from.

As far as warranty his pump is. Injectors? Nobody warranties injectors as it is so it's kinda obsurs to think he would.

You can get Moose Misters from Mel (Agnem), or you can get pop-tested stockers from Russ (Type 4). Both of them are totally stand up human beings with pages of praise on this forum. If that doesn't speak enough for backing the product, I don't know what does.

Good luck to you whatever you decide.

Certainly your choice. I used to feel this way, but I have come to learn that a company is no more valuable than the single individual you are dealing with who represents it, and most of those people don't have their name on the sign. We have lots of those signs listed in our hall of shame forum sticky. Just don't buy from those guys.

The Hall of Shame represents years of members getting cheated by some terrible "business people out there. After reading how some have been treated so unfairly you are on your own as to buying from the known cheaters or someone on here that has proven they are standup members of this great forum. Personally I have found this out over many years of being on Earth... You treat someone nice and fairly. They will treat you the same way but... Cheat someone once and it spreads faster than a chicken running across the Etheopian plains during a famon....:angel:

I have never bought from Mel, but from the messages and questions i have sent, you couldn't ask for a more helpful guy.

As for upgrades, when the $$ allows it will most def be BB code inj, and a moose pump!!

I'm a powerstroke owner so I haven't personally bought from Mel. How ever I did help my father with a moose pump upgrade and finally fell in love with the idi after having sold a non turbo idi to get my powerstroke. My only comment would be if you haven't driven a moose pump or used his products don't comment on their value or Mel being a "middle man"! To the point a good friend of mine drove my fathers truck and now a few weeks later Mel has his pump! Do your research before you comment. Go to one of the rallies and get the moose experience if you don't know someone with his products, then consider yourself educated and comment on their value!

Hmmm, interesting....doesn't feel comfortable buying from a well known member with a crapload of IDI experience & knows intimately what makes them tick, but is willing to take advice from anyone with regard to getting a truck back in shape, despite the "not knowing them from a hole in the wall" theory.

I understand letting go of hard earned coin is different than listening to advise & deciding what to do with said advise, but you joined a tight-knit community where most people here have deal with or helped one another repeatedly. Be careful how you word things. No one here would lead you wrong intentionally or otherwise.
