Stuck copper washer

i got a stuck copper washer in the head, how can i get it out?

I had to scrape around the top to break up the crud that was holding mine in, I had a 4 piece pick set that came in real handy

Simple...spray a shot of BP-Blaster, wait a few moments, insert a philips screw driver and give it a little tap. Now you'll need something to pick it out with. I use a dental pick.

3/4" spade wood boring bit. Set it on the washer, give it a tap, twist, and pull.

Also, when they get sooted up like that, it's a sure indicator that the copper gasket was leaking compression past the injector. Make sure You clean the seat, or it'll happen again. NOT good for the injector!

What the heck...are you trying to corner the idaho market on used injectors? Does that mean you wont be needing mine anymore? I was gonna get that shipping quote for you tomorrow now that I have a truck again.

what im trying to do is build a tester, then build and pop test used injectors to sell used injectors to people who cant afford new sets, but right now i cant afford to do nothing but change my engine so i cant get them from you now
