Now I can use a turbo timer to have the engine idle for 3-4 minutes at keyout to purge without me being there....

You just walk away from a running Truck? I would still want to hear it shut down each time.

My WVO/WMO tank is a 45 gallon aftermarket by aerotanks, takes the place of the spare and oem 19 gallon rear tank. I don't know anything about the plastic tanks. I've heard with WVO aluminum is the way to go.

to prevent polymerization they are both good, aluminum is probably going to last longer. JCWhitney sells plastic replacement tanks for $160 also check ebay.

these will help with contaminating tanks- bilderberger on frybrid said he went through 2 ip's because the vo was returning to the rear steel tank and polymerizing.

Mankypro do you have just 1 fuel filter for both tanks?

What do you guy think about re-routing the injector return lines back to the tank instead of to the next injector?

Polmerized fuel has already got me once. I burned 80 gallons of wvo that I had filtered and never had a problem. It was someone elses fuel mix that sat in a steel tank in the back of the truck that finally got me.

It just plugged my lines and killed my fuel pump. The steel tank was completly clean.

I already have a 38 gallon plastic tank, I was just wondering which would be easier to seal. But I suppose that with enough rtv, anything can be sealed.
