I know there's many who are dealing with oil cooler issues and there's the quick and dirty trick of unbolting the rear header and prying it out. But unlike a D60 spindle where you can use violence, the header is where you do need to use caution when prying apart. I'll give the member his anonymity so he can save his dignity, but I'll let the pics do the talking.

are you saying this is not you? ;Really
nope. not me on this one.
this one wasn't me. I have posession of it so I can match it up with the ones I have. there's another member here needing a bundle unit, so I am going to part a complete one out so two guys can get their trucks back up again.

WOWZERS!

I don't need annonimity when it seems whomever belongs to that piece, may have followed one of a few posts I have made regarding how to remove the header.

I'm not sure just how that happened---short of either using a B.F.H against the pry bar or even directly against the housing, judging from the pic cookoo

Judging from the pics, there does not seem to have been any type of adhesive/sealant used :dunno

I sincerley feel bad if that happend from my lack of more thorough explaination....what works for some, may not work for all......
