.........at TDS. I posted a poll over there about who wants to combine the IDI forums. Well it got moved for a while. Then, after complaining a bit, it got "stickied" at the top of both forums. Hey, isn't that cross posting?? Anyway, it fired up a mod or two. I'm already in the dog house for posting about the Rally in the IDI forums. MAN, I hate that place. Just needed to vent.

all of us guys running the older diesels have to get over ourselves and just learn from and share with each other because a diesel engine is a diesel engine they may have different strengths and weaknesses i find that when i have a problem with an engine i look into how another manufacturewr builder overcame the issue than apply that ideology to the problem at hand.

Great question! I havn't posted there for a while. But, I wanted to give any IDI'ers over there some info on the Rally, as I'm hosting it next July. It's been a constant reminder of why I hate that site and why I've been over here for several years now.

In my opinion... a 6.9 is the same as a 7.3, but... a 7.3 PS is a bit different, not even the same block and heads... so why combine the PS and non PS groups...

That was the first forum site I ever joined; it didn't take me long to figure out that, regardless of how I posted a question or answer, there were the same hand-full of mods that would add some smart/hateful comment that had nothing whatsoever to do with the topic; the worst, by far, were the moderaters.

they have 6.9 IDI, 7.3 IDI forums...i dont see why they shouldnt combine em. i lurk but wont register over there. i did register at dieselgarage but check it once a week if that. this is my favorite IDI site (and the IDI forum on FTE but only because im already there).
