The original part number has been discontinued does anybody know where to get an idle solenoid that will work for my 85 6.9 non turbo?

So I installed the new solenoid/used solenoid from Wes and I'm still having idling issues up and down up and down now it's almost like it's choking out am I getting air in my lines or something is there like a valve I'm missing or where should I start looking?

Definitely sounds like air intrusion. I just had this happen to 3 times in the past month. Twice, the metal fuel lines before the lift pump had pinholes on top that sucked air but didn't leak fuel. And now the pickup in my only operating tank fell off and started sucking air. When it's real bad, it surges and stalls out like you described, but most times just surges.

Any idea where to get new fuel lines? Or will I have to make some?

I don't know of any premade lines, but I could be wrong. You could try calling napa, and see if they can either order in, or make up for you. Either way it would be a lot cheaper to make up yourself, and probably easier in the end
