I just installed new injectors, glow plugs, controller, relay, filter. Everything except IP. Starts fantastic now. My question, is my IP bad or needs to be turned down or different problem all together. While waiting for the light to turn green my truck shakes. Like a big block in a geo. Motor mount? This didn't start until after the new injectors

Sounds like mine when I was running on 7 cylinders. You can check this if you can duplicate the problem in the driveway by getting it running and loping, and then go to each injector and loosen the fuel line on it till it starts leaking. This will kill that injector. If that injector is doing something, the engine will have a big change to it and really get worse. Then just tighten the nut back up and go to the next injector. If you find one that doesn't make any difference in how it runs, that injector is not doing anything. You could swap in one of your old injectors in that spot to see if it clears it up.

My guess would be the injectors. Dcp is pretty hit and miss. I went through two of their fuel pumps in less than 60 miles, but since they were under warranty it only cost me shipping and time. The third pump has worked awesome though. The injectors I’m running are remans from Accurate Diesel and are working great.

Thanks for your insight. I was wondering if dcp was reliable. They seemed very nice when I called to place an order and told them my set up. I have not started her up in a couple of days so I will try to get a cold start and idle video on YouTube then post link here.

Dcp has amazing costumer service, if it does end up being a bad injector, I am pretty sure they will replace it for free. Also I sold them some pump cores at $100 bucks a core and some injector cores @$15 each, so if any of you have cores laying around they would probably be happy to buy them from you
