You lost me Calvin: "Fly by wire" :dunno

I was further confused by the "factory supercharger" in the description.

Do I have too much moss growing on my roof to understand the San Jose lingo?

EFI isnt all bad... I do just fine with mine, just need to know the "do's and dont's" and how to set it up. 94 and 95 are the best yrs, simple and you can get 6 setting ecm's made.

There is a good handful of these rigs built. Surprises me how many I see on the forums actually. Always wanted one but I use my bed too much w/ farming and a 2 door would be tough with kido's, my EX cab is a challenge so I bought my crew cabs. Might go for a late 90's burb though.
