Would this explain my wobble? The wobble gets worse the faster I go.

Na that is normal.

Just kidding time to install some new rotors and rebuild the caliper or replace it.

You would definitely get some shaking out of the steering if the rotors are warped. When you apply the brakes.

I have never seen rotors out of whack so far to cause shaking while driving and not applying the brake pedal. That is not to say that it does not happen.

Shaking at hight speed is normally something to do with the suspension. Whether that be a bad shock, out of balance tires, or bad bushings.

I have done one rotor/caliper/pads so far and I have 80% less wobble.
Maybe not so much the rotor as it was the lop sided frozen caliper.
The brakes were frozen ON since I bought it. (In the front)
