white smoke

i have an 03 6.0. i just replaced the icp sensor which fixed the oil leak an icp code but it blowes white smoke and has no power. it isnt losing any oil or coolent. could it have something to do with the waste gate on the turbo?

et it has set a code for something else, white smoke might be lack of fuel

there aint any new codes only lots of smoke and it feels like it wont get out of its own way. not even sure where to start looking
