My son is going to purchase a regular cab to replace his, We found one but we were curious on how much the cab it weighs. It will be complete with all trimmings and glass. They are going to load it for us with a boom. But trying to figure how were going to get it off with out damaging it or hurting anyone.

Thank you
Michael

I'd guess these guys are pretty close. Be warned it will be really heavy toward the firewall. When I lifted mine I had the doors off and hooked on the holes where the wires go out into the door and I had welded plates on the back for lifting eyes (I'm always working alone). Mine is extended cab.

The crane and 1300 lb winch along with the rigging makes it a 1 man job. It takes a lot longer and costs a lot more than a 30 pack and 4 buddies but sometimes you do what you have to do.

Thank you for the responses. It's XL cab complete with seats and glass still. Didn't pay attention for AC. I was concern about the trailer to be able to carry it as well since I'm borrowing one from a friend.
