I have one used SCT Xcal 2 being returned, should have it by wednesday the 19th. The SCT Xcal 2 can be loaded onto 5 vehicles before vinlocked, as long as the vehicle is returned to stock each time. The first owner recieved this tuner just about 2 months ago. SCT reasures us that the last file that was sent to the owner is the latest file and there is nothing wrong with the tuner.
