Seems the search for f250 ttb spring rate has mixed results.
After not buying a d60, I landed upon 3 vendors, each concured the idi 4x4 80-up uses 3484# leafs.
Ats springs was my choice.

I have ran into that with bobs center pins from ats. The nut is larger than stock. I either grind the nut down a little or drill the spring plate out

you are the first person ever to have issues with ats. As for the u bolts, cut em off. Never found a u bolt that was perfect length. As for the twist in the shackle, I would be calling up bob and talk with him. I live 15 mins from their shop. Bought many things from him with never an issue.

Good to know I'm safe in my title of ***** winner( if its gunna go wrong its gunna be me) .
The spring bush collapsed as I let the jack down.
I am working on getting thru to them... So I want to talk with bob (? Owner manager engineer?)
And yes u bolts are no big deal, these are long enuff to take a full pack for a straight axle but them are not square?! Hmmmm

Whatever.
These did lift her up several inches at the fender and a solid inch at bumpstop.
Thanx cb
Talking with bob' doing the send me pics deal now.

Yes bob is the owner. Did you tighten the bolts with the weight on the bushings? As in install all hardware loosely, set truck on the ground then Tighten them? This prevents the inner sleeve from being twisted with weight on it
