Tech article idea???

Seeing the recent uptake of " how to diagnoss my issue" type threads latley( I am one of the guys that suck at searching), and or where is the ------ tech info at?
As with the new paint and body section ' could we start up an alphabetical list of symptoms
( kinda like a f a q 's bible) borrowed the idea from the toyota bible found off site.
It may fill mel's 2 volumes up rather quick??

unfortunately this wont work.
because it would require the people with these issues to READ

when i got my first IDI, i did all of the tune up procedures that were mentioned on this site that i read.
didnt have one bit of an issue until i started modifying things..lol

altho this is a great idea, i think you may be asking too much by expecting people to do their homework.
we would still have to link them to the tech article.

however, i would like a better search engine. i know nothing about that side of the computing world, but when you type a topic in,
you get a wide variety of information that you dont need.
always takes an hour or so thumbing through threads to find the one youre looking for.
even on the advanced settings.

Basically,
A link list to stuff we explain daily, ip glows leaks ect.
Thinking on the lines ( stolen idea from offsite) of an alphabetical list...
Alternator-
clocking ,
3g upgrade,

Batteries-

Coolant-
Test strips,
Elc,

This would help the search ability / capability immensely.

When I built my yota' I used one on pbb.
Being able to see a subject item then go to the linked thread, helped my build alot.

Its going to take alot of your time to compile the list ect.
I think the faq's mel done up are great' a similar idea.
