oil leaking by starter?

It was right in the middle. The sender sits on the turbo now.

Is the sender in line with the oil supply line on the turbo?? In other words "T" it in? Although thinking about that, seems it wouldn't read pressure on a feed line...not deadheaded.... no back pressure.
