New Cummins owner

I just got a '92 W250 that's been sitting for 2 years. It's been well kept but I wondered if there was anything I should do since it was parked so long. Has anyone got any advise or comments, such as maintenance tips or parts or shops ? Any guess what this truck might be worth?

i would change all the fluids/ filters check the fuel system see how she runs and go from their, post some pics!

Make sure the rear brakes are adjusted and working correctly, might as well eyeball the fronts too while you're at it.
