Michigan to WV/PA?

I'm trying to get an air deflector for my truck and it's sitting in Michigan. It's not small and has hardware with it. Here's a couple of pics:

It's in Owosso.. My friend that can pick it up, is in Northville... I think they are all on the wrong side of Michigan...
