My 91 5.0L is not starting. We have spark and fuel. How do I tell if it jumped time, or where do I go from here? Everytime I go to sell it, it won't start haha. I promise this time if it starts I will keep it. :hail

Seems like those years have a nice double roller chain, not likely to have issues. If the timing is off, it is most likely a sheared roll pin in the distributor gear.

line up timing marks on balancer, then remove the cap and see if the rotor is pointed towards number 1 wire.

Install IDI, problem solved ;)

One of my customers has a landscaping truck with a 7.3na.... the body is literally ROTTING off. Holes in floor, cab coming apart, firewall looks like swiss cheese, you name it. He calls it my truck and promises first (or second) time one of his employess falls out of one of the holes, I can have the engine hahahahhaha

But going to get a look at the timing marks and see what I see. Just need a spare moment to push it back in haha. Thanks so much everyone, will keep you posted
