Is oil in the boost gauge line bad?

I seen a truck that had oil in the boost line going to the gauge. It was on an non wastegated ATS turbo setup. What kind of bad thing does that spell?

Severe blow by.
Not joking. That should have been the first clue for us that the 7.3 from my moms truck was shot. Take the intake off that turbo and I bet its full of oil.

Guess I should clarify before someone posts about it. That is IF the system has the CDR recirculating through the turbo intake. If it doesnt, then its most likely the oil seals in the turbo.

That is the kind, I think. It has the plumbing for the valve coming directly off of the drivers side valve cover
