in tank fuel pump problems

i have a 90 chevy 1500 5.7 and i was wondering if i could get an electric in line fuel pump for it ive already put 2 pumps in it and by the way this is the old ladys truck and im getting fet up with it

Have you been putting a good pump in or the autozone cheap stuff. In my experience GM's that burn pumps out fast are usually cheap pumps or bad grounds. If you have been using a good pump than do a voltage drop test across the groud circuit for the fuel pump.
