I need a set of wheels to go from Eaast to West coast

I have a set of wheels and tires in Londonderry, NH that I would like to get to Monrovia, CA. No time constraints, they are waiting patiently for me to pick them up. If anyone is traveling west even a little way, maybe I could relay the wheels from one truck to another? I'm trying to avoid having to dismount the tires, since 3 of them are in fine condition.
