HELP QUICK 6.0 Gauge Cluster question

I narrowed down my windows, lights, radio issue to the top right blue connector on the gauge cluster. I was resoldering the pins that go to the blue connector and like an idiot, I didnt take a picture of it beforehand.

Is this pin I'm pointing at with a toothpick supposed to be connected to the "strip" of solder? I kind of remember it being separated and hopefully someone has a picture of it unmolested. THANKS
