I just found out that I need to haul something from a friend's house in east L.A. to my dad's house in the Antelope Valley. Since no one I know down there has a truck (unless Gary wants to spend some quality time with me
), it means I get to drive my truck down from the Bay Area to the L.A. area, empty both ways. If anyone needs anything moved up or down CA, let me know!! 
Depending on how nice my boss's feeling, I'm thinking on the lines of leaving in the morning of Sunday Oct 31st and returning on the evening of Tuesday Nov 2nd, but those dates aren't set in stone yet...
