cost of turbo piping

okay guys gettin a little jittery, found a turbo in good shape and almost gonna steal it i think but it doesnt have any cross pipes(the pipes that go from where the manifolds are to the turbo or intake. can you use an na intake for the turbo and what would the cost on a set of crosspipes

What kind of turbo? I have a set of pipes for a Hypermax pulse that should fit with an E4od, make me an offer....

You can fab up crossover pipes not sure about an air intake I'm pretty sure people have done it though. I'd want to make sure the up pipe(s) is/are there because these are cast iron parts and fabbing a suitable substitute may be very tricky.
