Yes they are... however a way to get around it is to get a dog, or cat.. then it is considered un-humane to leave the animal to cook to death...

It's ****** considering that they are offering no alternatives to the idle time limit...

And insidently, the "man" passed the same rule in Phoenix.

It sounds like some of the companys making generators had something to do with this. Besides you can't make any money if you are at an idle anyhow, gotta keep those wheeles rollin:rolleyes:

We just got 2 Power Master units, to try out. One driver's had it a week and a half and put 58 hours on it already. I can see it will pay for itself pretty quickly this winter.
Plus, thats another 58 hours that the big Cat wasn't idling. The only downside I can see, is having another something to do, when the trucks come in for service.

If I'm not mistaken, the boss was tellin' the other day, about a pretty healthy tax credit, to offset the initial expense, and something about 1st year depreciation deduction.
