I am unable to advise you on anything Chevy newer than 1976. That is when I bought my first Ford.

I THINK the Chev center hole is a touch to small to fit over the rear axle hub, I have read where some folks take an end grinder to em

well if they dont fit that sucks cuz they would look good on a first gen so all ford rims will fit up to the superdutys and all dodge rims and maybe all gm rims?

All the rims, except the 8x100mm pattern on the late SuperDoofies, are 8x6 1/2". The Ford and Dodge have similar enough center hole to interchange with no problems. Ford and Dodge will fit on Chevy, but will be centered by the lug holes, not the hub pilot, which usually isn't a problem. Chevy rims can be made to fit Ford or Dodge, if you have the right equipment. A cutting torch IS NOT the right equipment.
