I'm still living off my shots from the army. Probably be a few years yet before I get sick. Lol

Just a heads up, you will get over it, then it will hit again about a week later. My friend is a DO here in DFW and he said he sees this all day long. My whole family got it. I was sick basically from mid Oct to mid Dec. He said it's a virus and he won't prescribe anything for it but cough syrup or an expectorant.

If you get an infection from it, the best thing you can do is rest, hydrate, and stay away from sugar and carbs. These just feed the infection.

Thanks for the heads up on this. Sadly I eat too many carbs but I rarely eat sugars. I no longer have the fever spikes but still am coughing lots. Wanted to attend a memorial service for a co worker but not a chance. Too much rain and too far away.. But had I gone I sure would like to have infected some horrible old bastard co workers. Some of them are on the edge of the grave and just need a nudge... I'm just the one for that too...

Look up in the sky, if you see a bunch of jet trails chriss crossing there spreading something. We've had them around here over different Cities. All of a sudden a lot of people are getting very sick with just the kind of sickness your describing. WTF is going on is beyond me. I may be wrong about that, but it sure is a coincidence.

Luckily for us, viruses, especially influenza types, are killed by the UV in sunlight; as is most bacteria. So by the time the virus reaches the ground from the altitude necessary to create the con trails, it will be long dead.

If you're worried about bio engineering, be worried about stuff like this:

"On March 22, 2010, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials adhering to the precautionary principle advised American doctors to suspend use of Rotarix 1 vaccine until the agency finds out why DNA from a swine virus (porcine circovirus 1 or PCV1) was found in the live rotavirus vaccine. The FDA said there is “no evidence at this time” that the vaccine manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline and given to babies at 2,4 and 6 months of age to prevent diarrhea poses any safety risk."

I bet this stuff happens with much greater frequency that we ever hear about.

Hey. Been wondering how all you guys are doing, especially you. Glad to see everyone is still out there.
I ended buying the truck that you sold my Brother in law a few years ago. Actually, I bought it back last January, so it's been just a year. I don't drive the truck, I gave it to my son and it's pretty much his daily driver.
I never really got back into the diesel game, kinda lost interest after my accident and losing that truck that I put so much money into.
Been through a lot over here, including separating from my wife but hey, life goes on.
I'm now driving a 2012 expedition and a 97 Volvo 850 wagon. I prefer the 850 over the expedition. Lol
