7.3 idi please help

I'm going to look at 1990 7.3idi tomorrow the guy got ahold of me and said it dies when you Rev it up but not all the time but then it starts right back up with no problems the battery gauage is really low when he sent me the video it's a 5 speed manual.

Sounds like the fuel tank pickup needs replacing.

Also, charging system perhaps? Make sure to bring a multimeter.
