2000EX things to look out for?

I have a buddy who just bought this truck. 2000EX 4X4 ltd. 36k mi.
I have checked it out, here is what I found;
Turbo bolt missing.
Oil in the valley of no return. Oily/dirty "y" pipe and rubber IC pipe couplers.
It has had a chip before, the ecm chip plate is missing.
No signs of gages, or a switch from a multi position chip.
No cat.
Carfax was clean.
About 1.5" until you hit the front bump stop.
No rear anti- sway bar.



What else do I need to look for on a EX?????
He wants me to "make it fast" so mods will be in its future

Man I thought the Rear Sway bar was a Standard ..especially on an X .......He might have had one of the old style Western Diesel Chips or a single file chip in it that would explain no switch for muiltiposition and most likley lost the Cover plate to be honest I have no clue where mine is either..My came factory with no CAT so unless it looks like it was cut I'd say thats Factory..1.5" to the Front Bump..Sounds like he has the Sags..tell him to just order a Add-A-leaf or leveling kit for the front..this will bring it back up and level the X out...Oil in the Valley sounds like an old song... but a common thing on the Stroked from my understanding???
