1st time diesel

just askin for some help. I've looked at other sites and this is the only one i like I read somewhere that the 91.5 ctd has a factory wiring harness for a tach the post i read said look for a four wire flat connector i cant find it any suggestions

I really cant believe there aint no 1st genners out there somewhere

Well I Overheard a friend of Mine talking about it one day. He said the Wires were Somewhere Close to where the steering coloumn meets the dash (Behind) I also remember him saying that The Tach Would not work. The Tach pickup is on front of the engine right down on top of the Harmonic Balancer. Maybe you can trace it out from there. I used a VDO 2 inch tach on my 93 and It runs off of the Alternater. Works purty well.
I know it wasent what ya wanted to hear But I hope it helped a little.

Thanks guys i finally found the kit i needed from PDR 45$ for mag kit and 98$ for the tach i will be putting this on this week
