1999 f-250 10.5 rear factory trac-loc pos

I need to rebuild the factory trac-loc carrier in my truck. I need spider gears, side gears, clutch kit and cross shaft. Trying to find a source for parts other than Ford dealership. Anyone have any other sources I have looked high and low online with no luck.

Why would you need the gears? If you really needed the gears, you wouldn't be driving the truck.
Maybe you're just inexperienced with differentials?

Decided to just go with new factory loaded posi. carrier. Truck has 172,000 on clock has lived a good while on 37" tires. Truck is still drivable but gears are worn. I will be stepping up to a 4:56 from 4:10. I just bought truck sept. 2015.
