5.3 Gasser
Is it a 2500? I thought the 2500's only engine was the 6.0 liter. My pop has the 6.0 in his truck and it sure is quiet when warmed up, more quiet than my LeSabre. But it has the General's piston slap on a super cold start, and it quiets down almost instantly. The thing sure has guts too...- dpetdog99

Cruise no worky!
I realize this is kinda old, but have you checked the set switch. I dunno if the trucks are the same as my LHS was, but the on/off:cancel button was screwed to the left side of the steering wheel and the set/coast:resume was screwed to the right side of the wheel. Or is it like brand F's where...- dpetdog99
