Two gauges are reading the same so assume gauges are good. I used a Dorman regulator rebuild kit and noticed the bleed hole is pretty small compared to the one I pulled out of the truck. So I hit up the local Salvage yard to do some Ford Pickup tube searching and I found a match for that sensor piece, at least the Excursion all you need is to swap the float arm. Ok have an update so here is what I got. Fuel tank has been dropped. New fuel pump installed running input to a 5 gallon fuel can. Return line is dumping into a empty 5 gallon fuel can. Ok got another issue with the excursion figured I would check this after rebuilding fuel bowl and dropping the tank to do hutch mod and fix fuel level sensor. Probably ok for a long time unless you are using bio in more quantity than the up to 5% we could have here. I don't think 5% will effect them for a very long time if at any.- rodman68

Update what I finally did after numerous tries of getting the quick disconnect off I went ahead and removed it form the head side popped off super easy. Guess that HPOP one will need to be replaced I will do that in the future along with changing the high pressure lines guess they are...- rodman68

Ok I am trying to remove a HPOP to replace all the orings due to an oil leak. Well one of the disconnects went ok but the other one will not work. I cant get the line off, the first one went pretty easy. Anybody have any ideas? Do these go bad? Kinda looks like the metal piece inside is bent...- rodman68

update well didnt get to check the fipl ran out of time wanted to watch the football game. Drove the truck today after removing the tach sensor checking the wiring and cleaning it.
