Yeah, gelling comes to mind... Doesn't the 6.9 have fuel heater built into the filter head like the 7.3?
Nobody's mentioned plugging it in and just leaving the key on for about 5 min will or should ungell the fuel in the filter head...
There's two located at the front of driver's cyl head... The one closest to exhaust manifold serves the temp idiot lite and the one closest to intake manifold works the temp gauge...
There is yet another temp sensor at the front of the passenger side cyl head, close to intake manifold and that...
I'll post a photo of my IP wrench when I get home after work...
No matter how I do it, I still have to remove high idle solenoid before I can get to passenger side IP nut...
How do you guys get around that?
Well, got it done...
Naturally it was pretty hard to reprime it but I got it running...
It's too advanced because the injectors are banging away... That never happened before...
Will time it in the morning, keeping it plugged in so it doesn't have to warm up that much..
The inlet pressure is...

I think so... My truck has been having hard start issues for past two weeks and I went through ALL of the usual rigmarole to fix it...
Found a burned out Beru, fixed that...

Should pay more attention... I use curved flare wrenches and start from the bottom... After the IP comes out... Always leave line clamps in, makes working on the IP more enjoyable...
Gotta make some kind of attachment to the engine crane so I can lay on padded surface while...
