Is the starter on a 96 6bt bolt to the motor or tranny? Im talking to a guy with a motor for sale but there isnt a starter. As you can tell im not very familiar with the 12 valves.- dezl

how can I test it?
hey im looking at a 96 6bt that was in a truck that burnt down. The motor has 60k on it and is for sale for a great price. Is there a way to test the motor before I buy the thing? thanks, dezl- dezl
