what intake or exhaust??
K&N air filters use oil and some people have had oil analyses done, it shows that some of the reports come back with acidic oil but I do know that it block a lot of air, I really don’t remember that airflows on the filters but I did buy a Napa air filter and a 4 inch 45 pipe and made my own...- PTC_POWER

Lack of power, turbo issue and high idle
Your waste gate sounds like it is working it should only do that when it is cold, after warm up it should stop you can disconnect the sensor on the pedestal and it will not do it at all. not sure on the idle, are you getting any codes?- PTC_POWER

Cummins 300hp 6CTA 8.3
8.3 cummins is a 6ct engine nothing from a 5.9 fits that engine l10 cummins is not a 8.3 it is 10 litters there are many things that you can do to the fuel pump itself if you can give me serial # i can tell you what you can do and how much horsepower you can get out of it- PTC_POWER
