Power steering pump replacement
I need to replace my power steering pump and hoses. It's a 93 with the serp belt setup. Do I need to remove the bracket that holds the AC compressor and PS pump? It doesn't look like there's enough room between the pump pully and radiator shroud to get a puller on it. Also, who makes a good...- libsys

Voltage to cold advance/idle soleniods
Should I be getting a full 12 volts at the cold advance and idle solenoids? I'm getting about 10.25 volts. Would that be considered a normal drop across the temperature sensor that controls those? They're working, but maybe not to the full extent they're supposed to? I'm getting full voltage...- libsys

Rough starts at higher elevation
Hello All, I was having some trouble with cold starts that I believe was due to air intrusion. I got that all buttoned up (new return lines, olives, rubber hose on lift pump, etc.), and now at home (about 700ft elevation) it starts great and idles smooth right away with just at hint of smoke...- libsys

Rough idle on warm start
I'm getting a rough idle and smoke when starting after the truck has sitting for awhile, like an hour or so. Once it settles down, the idle is fine. Oil drain plug thread count
Hello all. I changed my oil the other day and put a new washer on the pan plug, and now it's leaking. So I'm going to pull it and try another washer, but I want to be sure to have a bolt ready to put in temporarily so I don't lose all my new oil.
