    A cordless impact gun, and turn the lug nut around (flat side to rotor). If you have aftermarket wheel lug nuts, use a couple of junk washers.

    Thank you all for your input on this matter, come to find out, the metal fuel by the pass. side exhaust manifold is the issue, it's been shaking hands with the frame rail. The question now is...Rubber, or metal replacement, if rubber, what size?

    Update- I went to start my truck yesterday, and the only way it would attempt to start was if I had my foot to the floor. I'll try the ATF in the filter, and look for the leakage in the system.

    To attach on the subject, my truck has 265/75R16, 3.55 rear end, and ZF5 box. my tach registers 2200 @ 65, approx. 2050 @ 60. What is the OD ratio, and is the speed/rpm reading accurate? Sorry for piggybacking the subject, instead of answering the current issue, I'll take the cane flogging shortly
