Oil level.
This question may sound stupid but when do you check your oil in your 7.3. When its cold or after you crank it and cut it back off. It reads full before I crank it and half full after it drains back in the pan. Not being real familiar with a deisel I wasnt sure of how much oil that thing will...- Skip

Another delima.
Left the driveway today, turned right, started going through the gears and reach the cruising speed of 45 mph and all of a sudden the whole cab of my truck was shaking violently. Running on interstate
My f-450 with the 7.3 liter and the 5 speed tranny seems to be wound pretty tight when trying to do 70 on the interstate. My tach isnt working but the engine seems to be reved mighty high. At 60 - 65 mph its still seems high but is bearable. Has anyone else experienced this? If so was there a...- Skip
