I have an 02 2500 and I had sticky rear calipers so I replaced them. I also had the main rear line to the rear let go somewhere up next to the fuel tank so I cut and flared it before the tank, and ran a new one back. Now, from time to time my ABS will engage and the truck pretty much looses...

Mine has a pile of hours on it (5500+) but still runs "ok". When started cold, it seems like it fires on 2 cylinders and the third starts to fire about 30 sec to a minute after starting. Any ideas there? When warmed up and running, it runs well, but just seems like it could have a little...
Just throwing a feeler out there to see if anyone knows if it's possible to turn up a Kubota D1402? I have one in a piece of equipment right now and it needs just a little more power...

Thanks for the reply..
He has 208K miles and had the injectors done under warranty at 100K. He ended up having someone fix it for $4000. Personally, I would not own a D'max if it were to cost me $4000-$6000 every 100K miles for injectors...That is insane and in my eyes no real value at...
OK, so I made it to deer camp and my cousin showed up with his D'max smoking to beat the band. It appears that he has a malfunctioning injector. No one in the area works on diesels. Wondering if he can run it for the week up here at camp and then 100 miles back home. Keep an eye on the oil...
Here is what I've found so far...Put a 16mm wrench on the wastegate linkage and it moves freely. Drained my air compressor down to 30 psi and hooked it to the actuator line on there is no action...but it doesnt seem to leak either...still a bad actuator???
Ok guys, I'm getting ready to leave on a hunting trip in the morning and I went to fuel tonight and I noticed that my Quadzilla digital multigauge was blinking high boost at me under moderate acceleration. The quadzilla is not a bomber box, it's just strictly just a monitor for EGT, fuel...
I decided to let Jegs rip me off instead...
I ordered the relocation lift pump from Jegs. When it came it was just a stock replacement with no relocation parts. I needed it so I installed it and it's really no better than the stock one... Jegs admitted that their website was incorrect but...
How is this progressing
I was reading this thread and was wondering how the DT466 into the chev is going? Is it in there there? Pictures? Sounds pretty cool....

I thought I had seen a thread where someone did a writeup on installing a Holley Blue pump around the stock lift pump on a 24v as sort of a poor man's FASS? Anyone have any info on this?
:dunno

I bought a 91 intercooled dually with a 5 speed with 175,000 on it for $1800.
I noticed that the tranny is all bright and shiny and has all new gaskets so it looks like it was gone through.
So what is everybody running for exhaust on their 24v's? I have a full Volant system, nice bright shiny stainless system that I got from them but it doesn't fit my truck as it is for the 2003 and up common rail. I'd like to sell the Volant system and get one that bolts onto my 2002 but looking...
I sucked out as much as I could get from the res with a suction gun which amounted to be about 1/2 quart. I replaced that 1/2 quart with Mobil 1 ATF. It already has made a difference as the cold whining has stopped. I will do it again soon to up the concentration on synthetic in it.
