low compression

purchased 1989 7.3 idi f350 truck 122000 miles new trans rebuild new injector pump clean flat bed truck shut off he removed the pump not knowing how to work on the engine i retimed the engine 1 piston on top valves closed all marks in line seems to be blow by in crank case doing...- itmmik
